What is ZinsPlus?
ZinsPlus was developed as an alternative to overnight money and aims to achieve an interest yield that is above the European Central Bank’s deposit rate. It uses an ETF from BNP Paribas Asset Management, which itself invests in a basket of shares. This basket reflects the European Central Bank’s interest rate on the one hand and enables a further yield component of currently 0.20% to 0.40% per annum to be achieved on the other. This yield component may vary depending on market conditions and is not guaranteed. As a result, the total interest yield is above the ECB deposit rate.
