I have a new mobile phone – what do I have to do?

New phone? Here’s how to restore your account:

1. Open the UnitPlus app.
2, Tap the arrow in the top right corner.
3. Select “Log in” → “New device”.
4. Answer the three security questions.
5. Set a new PIN (you can reuse the old one).

Important:

Enter your personal details exactly as shown in your ID (incl. abbreviations, special characters, etc.).
If your address has changed, use the new one.
If you see the message “Device security not ensured,” uninstall and reinstall the app.

Tips to avoid errors:

Disable VPNs, ad blockers, and developer/debug mode.
Don’t use flight mode or Do Not Disturb during the process.
Make sure your phone’s date and time are set to auto-sync.

Once done, your device will be successfully linked to the app.
