Can I issue a power of attorney?

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to assign a power of attorney for the custody account to another person – not even to family members. We understand that this would be desirable in certain situations. However, in the event of death, there is usually an heir, executor or other authorized person who can then contact us with the relevant evidence to initiate the next steps.

We would also like to point out that only one card can be issued per custody account. However, you have the option of using both a physical and a virtual card at the same time – for example via Apple Pay or PayPal. This offers you a little more flexibility in everyday life.
