Currently, companies with the following legal forms can use UnitPlus Business:

– GmbH (limited liability company)
– AG (public limited company)
– eGbR (registered civil law partnership)
– GbR (civil law partnership)
– GmbH & Co. KG
– OHG (general partnership)
– PartG mbB (partnership company with limited professional liability)
– UG & Co. KG
– KG (limited partnership)
– UG (entrepreneurial company with limited liability)

The company must be tax resident in Germany, must not conduct business in high-risk countries, and must not be a financial services institution within the meaning of the KWG (German Banking Act).

The minimum investment amount is €1,000.
